Pay Range: $43.00hr - $48.00hr

Job Overview:

Experienced Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions while providing technical leadership and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure Salesforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making.
• Manage deployments using Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD tools.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Security Model.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and automation tools.
• Knowledge of Git, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.
• Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Application/System Architect.
