Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Technician to support GMP-regulated warehouse operations at a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site in Devens, MA. The technician will receive, inspect, count, weigh, store, issue, and transfer raw materials, packaging components, and operational supplies.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining SAP inventory transactions, handling material samples, supporting inventory cycle counts and shipping activities, operating warehouse equipment, and properly handling rejected materials and regulated hazardous waste. All work must comply with applicable security, environmental health and safety, and current GMP requirements.

Position details:

• Base hourly rate: $21.90;

• Contract length: 6 months with possible extension;

• Anticipated start date: asap

• Location: Devens, Massachusetts;

• Work arrangement: 100% onsite;

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, regular business hours;

• Regular hours: 40 hours per week;

• W-2 contract position;

• No C2C options;

• No visa sponsorship.

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for the required Motor Vehicle Record check;
  • Previous experience working in an FDA-regulated pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or similar regulated environment;
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and basic Microsoft Excel;
  • Ability to work with hazardous materials and regulated hazardous waste in accordance with established procedures;
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Preferred:

• Associate degree, some college coursework, or trade-school education;

• Previous forklift operating experience; training may be provided.
