Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Location: North Chicago, IL

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $16.00hr - $21.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of previous experience.
• Strong work history with 2+ years in previous roles.
• Steel toe shoes are required in the warehouse.
• Exposure to working in a quality and controlled material environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform warehouse job duties such as counting, sorting, and recording of large, heavy-weight stock.
• Perform warehouse operations on the receiving dock.
• Pick orders, pack orders, and assist with dock processing.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain focus on safety and demonstrate reliability and initiative.

Nice to Have:

• Forklift Certification or experience with Cherry pickers, Order pickers, Pacer/Dock stocker, Turret Trucks (working at heights), or Standup forklifts.
• Distribution experience.
• 3PL experience.

Qualification And Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements(Due to nature of job, The candidate must have):

• Ability to work in hot and cold environments.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs constantly.
• Ability to work in a loud environment.
