Description
This position is a hybrid role requiring four days onsite and one day remote. 
The Database Administrator will perform essential activities such as monitoring, event management, and service requests. 
The candidate should have foundational experience in network, systems, application, access requests, production support, or security engineering, and be capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Open and manage triage bridge lines, updating boards and engaging teams as necessary. Maintain solutions in alignment with security, redundancy, and archiving strategies. Support client onboarding processes efficiently. Ensure high levels of system and infrastructure availability. Qualifications
Experience in network, systems, or application support. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in documentation and technical writing. Experience with event management and request fulfillment processes. Core Technologies
