Job Description

Job Title: Network and Computer Systems Administrators
Location: Mason, OH

Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Network and Computer Systems Administrators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Lead major incident response and service restoration by coordinating technical teams, facilitating incident triage and war rooms, driving decisions, and maintaining clear stakeholder communications throughout critical events.
Manage incident and problem resolution processes by reviewing incident evidence, coordinating root cause analysis, conducting post-incident reviews, and tracking corrective actions through completion.
Monitor service performance and operational trends by analyzing incident metrics, service levels, recurrence patterns, and reliability indicators and preparing clear reports for management and stakeholders.
Coordinate operational readiness and continuous improvement by validating service ownership, dependencies, escalation procedures, support models, monitoring practices, and opportunities to improve incident response and system reliability.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	10+ years of experience in IT operations, incident management, production support, problem management, service restoration, and enterprise technical support.
Technical Skills	IT Operations, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Management, Root Cause Analysis, Production Support, System Monitoring, Performance Analysis, Technical Troubleshooting, Service Reporting
Business / Domain Skills	Experience leading enterprise Major Incident Management for P1/P2 incidents, including incident command, escalation, war-room coordination, and service restoration. Experience managing Incident, Major Incident, Problem, and Change processes using ITSM practices, including severity models, PIR/RCA processes, and KPI reporting. Experience supporting 24x7 IT operations and production environments, coordinating across infrastructure, application, network, security, SRE, and vendor teams. Experience supporting Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail/store operations environments, including high-impact customer-facing services.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Experience working with enterprise monitoring, service management, and operational reporting processes.
Ability to remain organized and methodical while managing high-priority production incidents.
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge of IT service management practices.
