Job Description

TechAGI Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager – AI / GenAI Programs to lead enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong program management experience combined with hands-on exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI transformation programs.

This is a senior customer-facing role requiring strong experience taking AI initiatives from PoC and pilot stages through production deployment, adoption, and enterprise-scale implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale AI/ML and Generative AI programs for enterprise environments.
• Establish and execute AI program roadmaps, delivery plans, governance models, milestones, and success metrics.
• Manage AI initiatives through the complete lifecycle from PoC/Pilot to Production and Adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, architects, cloud teams, security teams, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage multiple AI workstreams, dependencies, risks, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Partner with executive stakeholders and customers to define AI transformation priorities and business outcomes.
• Lead governance related to Responsible AI, AI security, risk management, compliance, and data privacy.
• Support programs involving LLMs, Generative AI applications, RAG, Agentic AI, AI agents, and MLOps.
• Drive production readiness, organizational adoption, change management, and operational transition.
• Present program status, risks, milestones, and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Work with technology and business teams to identify and prioritize enterprise AI use cases.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing AI/ML, Generative AI, or enterprise AI transformation programs.
• Proven experience establishing and executing AI programs for enterprise customers.
• Experience managing AI initiatives from PoC/Pilot through Production and Adoption.
• Strong understanding of:

  • AI/ML lifecycle
  • MLOps
• Experience managing large, distributed, cross-functional technology teams.
• Strong program governance, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting experience.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, security, compliance, and risk frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and customer-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in consulting, professional services, or enterprise customer environments.
• Experience leading enterprise digital or AI transformation programs.
• Experience with major cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience driving AI adoption and organizational change initiatives.
