Job Description

 
We are looking for an Enterprise EHR Business Analyst 3 to optimize, maintain, and support EHR and Practice Management systems. You will bridge the gap between clinical teams and developers, supporting clinical workflows, data integrations, system performance, and technical troubleshooting.
 
Location: Atlanta, GA
 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
 
Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person
 
Key Technical Skills Needed
 
  • EHR & Practice Management: 3+ years experience in a clinical/healthcare environment
  • Windows OS Support: 5+ years of advanced system troubleshooting
  • Cloud & Tools: 3+ years with AWS/Azure, JIRA, and Ivanti
  • Integrations: Experience with HL7 standards, REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger
  • Security & Compliance: Working knowledge of HIPAA and IT security protocols
Qualifications
 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field (OR minimum 2 years of direct Hospital IT experience).
  • Availability: Available for hybrid work in Atlanta, GA, and on-call support as needed.
