We're hiring for an impactful organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We specialize in providing tailored educational support through innovative and trauma-informed approaches.

The Role

• Provide engaging Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions to students aged KS1-KS5.
• Plan and report on lessons, providing clear feedback on student progress.
• Work with schools and local authorities to support vulnerable learners.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit a variety of learning differences, including MLD, SLD, and PMLD.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Right to work in the UK.
