Core Machine Learning Skills

• Gradient Boosting models:
  • XGBoost
  • LightGBM
• Ensemble Learning:
  • Random Forest
• Classification Models:
  • Logistic Regression

Use Case Experience (Mandatory)

Hands-on project experience in:

• Propensity Modeling
  • Propensity to churn
  • Propensity to call/respond
  • Customer propensity scoring
• Predictive Analytics
  • Device failure prediction
  • Network/signal degradation prediction
  • Risk prediction and forecasting use cases

Model Development & Evaluation Skills

• Model selection and comparison
• Ability to justify:
  • Why a specific model was chosen
  • Alternative models considered
  • Reasons for eliminating other models
• Feature engineering and model tuning
• Performance evaluation using appropriate metrics

Practical Project Experience

• End-to-end execution of ML projects using the above models
• Production or real-world implementation experience
• Ability to explain business problem, approach, model selection, and outcomes
