About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth. The ideal candidate will have experience building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and pitching integrated marketing solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, retainers, and integrated marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of generating and converting leads.
  • Experience handling premium, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands is preferred.
