The Role

• Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes.
• Handle billing for inpatient hospital services according to DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation guidelines.
• Provide support to decentralized patient management departments within the group, fostering smooth collaboration.
• Contribute to efficient and effective patient administrative workflows.

What You'll Need

• Completed commercial apprenticeship.
• Ideally, knowledge of hospital systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP.
• Preferably, prior experience in inpatient patient billing.
• High willingness to perform, sense of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
• Proactive and structured work approach with the ability to maintain an overview in demanding situations.
• Enjoy professional and service-oriented interaction with various stakeholders.
