Job Description

Patient Management Specialist | Rosenheim, Germany | Hybrid We are a leading national hospital group, the largest family-owned enterprise in the German healthcare sector, dedicated to patient recovery through comprehensive care. Our central administration teams support over 17 clinics and 38 outpatient facilities, ensuring seamless operations for healing and well-being. The Role • Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes. • Handle billing for inpatient hospital services according to DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation guidelines. • Provide support to decentralized patient management departments within the group, fostering smooth collaboration. • Contribute to efficient and effective patient administrative workflows. What You'll Need • Completed commercial apprenticeship. • Ideally, knowledge of hospital systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP. • Preferably, prior experience in inpatient patient billing. • High willingness to perform, sense of responsibility, flexibility, and resilience. • Proactive and structured work approach with the ability to maintain an overview in demanding situations. • Enjoy professional and service-oriented interaction with various stakeholders.
