Register with us ServiceNow System Administrator Adelphi, MD Active DoD Secret Clearance Required- This is Remote with travel to customer for meetings quarterly Direct Hire Position All qualified resumes will be contacted within 24 hours QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - At least (7-9) years of related experience. - Clearance Requirement: US Citizen with a DoD Secret clearance - SNOW Certified Application Developer - Any IAT Level III Certification: CASP+  or SECURITYX  or CCNP Security or CISA or CISM or CISSP or GCED or GCIH RESPONSIBILITIES This task includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: Support for Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) integration with ServiceNow development and implementation to meet the design specifications using best practice and out of the box functionality. Assist the ServiceNow team, service management personnel, enterprise architect, with implementing and sustaining ServiceNow modules. Work with the key stakeholders within the program and the ServiceNow functional analyst to ensure successful implementation and roll out and sustainment. Support the development of integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Support the development of complex workflows and the development of new data tables within ServiceNow to support ongoing work Will generate reports and dashboards within ServiceNow and participate in peer code reviews. Should be familiar with the Enterprise Configuration Management Data Base (CMBD) and will incorporate ServiceNow’s CMDB solution that is extended to include capabilities in the legacy CMDB solution #cj #servicenow Apply Now
