Forward Deployed Engineer (AI / Databricks / Full Stack)

Contract Location: Lewisville, TX Hybrid 3day
Role Summary Seeking a highly hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deploy AI-driven applications and customer-facing solutions in production environments. The role requires strong full-stack engineering expertise, Databricks experience, and the ability to work directly with customers on complex technical implementations.

Requirements

•6+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong delivery ownership • 5+ years building customer-facing technical solutions • Strong experience building scalable APIs, data pipelines, and web applications • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini • Experience with Databricks and modern data engineering workflows • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern AI frameworks • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and production deployment practices • Databricks Data Engineer Professional certification preferred

Responsibilities • Design and develop Databricks-based applications across frontend and backend layers • Deploy, monitor, and support production systems • Troubleshoot and debug complex full-stack and infrastructure issues • Build scalable APIs, AI workflows, and customer-facing technical solutions • Collaborate directly with customer teams to drive implementation and delivery
