Pay Range: $28.5 - $33.5/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Compensation Team by managing the job description management tool, including assigning new job title codes and maintaining job attributes.
• Assist with the administration of merit and STI/LTI review cycles, running audit reports, and troubleshooting issues within the HRIS system.
• Conduct initial and recurring trainings of the job description management tool for HRBPs.
• Run standard reports such as market adjustment reports and salary history reports for the internal Compensation Team.
• Manage the compensation shared email box, responding to inquiries and archiving emails regularly.
• Track variable pay exceptions companywide and compile distribution lists for Comp analysts and HRBPs.
• Maintain weekly status reports for job descriptions in route for pricing and approval.
• Perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• X+ years of experience in compensation or HR-related roles.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service and personnel information systems.
• Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
• Proactive attention to detail to identify issues and provide solutions.
• Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce effective answers.
