Overview / Summary

We are seeking a Senior Workday Adaptive Planning Developer / Consultant with strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting Workday Adaptive Planning solutions. The role will work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to build planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and dashboard solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support solutions within Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Configure and maintain models, sheets, dimensions, levels, versions, and account structures.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial planning solutions.
• Build reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting packages.
• Design and support integrations between Adaptive Planning, ERP, HR, and other third-party systems.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable planning and reporting solutions.
• Perform testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual planning cycles.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Experience configuring Adaptive Planning models, sheets, dimensions, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Adaptive Integration, ETL processes, and data management.
• Strong understanding of Finance, FP&A, and workforce planning processes.
• Experience with Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Adaptive Planning Certification.
• Experience with Workday Financials and/or Workday HCM integrations.
• Experience supporting FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Enterprise Planning functions.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Integration tools.
• Experience in Agile project delivery environments.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan migration, Adaptive OfficeConnect, and Cloud Connect integrations.
