Senior Tech Developer

Our client is a growing investment management firm that leverages technology to support investment, analytics, data, and operational workflows across the business. The technology team plays a central role in developing modern applications and platforms that help drive efficiency, scalability, and better decision-making across the organization.

The Role

The firm is seeking a Software Engineer to help design, build, and maintain business-critical applications used across multiple teams. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll work closely with engineers and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions, improve internal workflows, and contribute to the firm's broader technology initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and enhancing full-stack applications and internal platforms
• Developing scalable APIs, backend services, and microservices
• Creating modern, responsive user interfaces
• Integrating internal and external data sources
• Participating in architecture, design, testing, and deployment activities
• Improving system performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Contributing to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD initiatives
• Working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Ideal Background

• Financial services, asset management, capital markets, trading, or investment technology experience is a plus
