Salesforce Business Analyst

Title: Salesforce BA

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant IT system testing experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience and manual testing of Salesforce applications
• Active Salesforce Agentforce, Certified Quality Analyst, Business Analyst and/or Administrator certification
• Experience with user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation and test execution
• Strong JIRA skills; experience with Confluence, SharePoint or similar tools
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio
• Agile experience, including Scrum or SAFe
• Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to obtain T4 Public Trust clearance
• US residence for at least three of the last five years

Preferred:

• CMS or other federal healthcare experience
• TestRail, Zephyr or similar test-management tools
• Experience supporting automation testers and validating Salesforce integrations, workflows and data transformations
• Data analysis/reporting experience and SAFe or other Agile certification
• Strong analytical, process-mapping and meeting-facilitation skills
• Familiarity with Section 508/accessibility testing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
