IT Business Analyst

Client is seeking an onsite IT Business Analyst for a long-term contract position. This person must be located in Los Angeles, San Antonio, or Galveston. Responsibilities include working with the operations transformation team to assist with documenting requirements for the next generation implementation. No third party/C2C candidates are able to be considered at this time.
Required:
-Senior level BA skills.
-Operational technology (OT) project experience.
-Vendor management experience.
-Large, enterprise level experience.
-Some travel may be required.
Desired:
-Oil & gas expertise.
-Refinery experience.
