Credence has an immediate opening for a Site Reliability SME who has hands-on experience working as a Cloud Operations Engineer with experience in IT operations to join our expanding Cloud Managed Services Provider team. This position is based in Credence s corporate headquarters located in Tyson s Corner in Vienna, VA.

Requirements

• Provide technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: Windows, Linux, AWS


• Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an AWS secure GovCloud environment.


• Streamline tasking in ServiceNow, Confluence, and Jira.


• Collaborate with the Operations Manager/TOPM, technical leads, and environmental engineers to prioritize, track, and complete initiatives.


• Develop metrics and reporting for monthly deliverables as required.


• Streamline agile SAFe methodology and team structure.


• Interface with cybersecurity team members on deliverables as required.


• Enhance and document processes and procedures.


• Facilitate and ensure incident management response for service disruptions and degradations within established SLAs.


• Must be clearable for DoD Public Trust or higher.


• Bachelor's degree is required.


• Five (5) years of related work experience as a technical leader is required.


• Ability to work and produce results in a fast-paced environment with dynamic deadlines and requirements.


• Availability beyond core business hours as required in the event of an outage or degradation.


• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.


• Assist with team requirements gathering and delegate as necessary.


• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and provide the highest quality of customer service.


• IAT II certification (Security+ or equivalent)

Preferred

• AWS SRE experience


• Strong Windows and/or Linux OS acumen


• IAT/IAM III


• AWS certification
