Credence has an immediate opening for a Site Reliability SME who has hands-on experience working as a Cloud Operations Engineer with experience in IT operations to join our expanding Cloud Managed Services Provider team. This position is based in Credence s corporate headquarters located in Tyson s Corner in Vienna, VA.
Requirements
- Provide technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: Windows, Linux, AWS
- Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an AWS secure GovCloud environment.
- Streamline tasking in ServiceNow, Confluence, and Jira.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager/TOPM, technical leads, and environmental engineers to prioritize, track, and complete initiatives.
- Develop metrics and reporting for monthly deliverables as required.
- Streamline agile SAFe methodology and team structure.
- Interface with cybersecurity team members on deliverables as required.
- Enhance and document processes and procedures.
- Facilitate and ensure incident management response for service disruptions and degradations within established SLAs.
- Must be clearable for DoD Public Trust or higher.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Five (5) years of related work experience as a technical leader is required.
- Ability to work and produce results in a fast-paced environment with dynamic deadlines and requirements.
- Availability beyond core business hours as required in the event of an outage or degradation.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
- Assist with team requirements gathering and delegate as necessary.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and provide the highest quality of customer service.
- IAT II certification (Security+ or equivalent)
Preferred
- AWS SRE experience
- Strong Windows and/or Linux OS acumen
- IAT/IAM III
- AWS certification
