Business Analyst

Interview Process: Interviews will be conducted in-person at Lansing

Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. (Tuesday/Wednesday - No exceptions)

Local candidates only - Candidates must reside within an hour from Lansing at the time of submission (No exceptions)

Technical Example 1: Candidates must be able to go into granular detail of their knowledge with Agile tools like JIRA for Epics and User stories and how that tool is used to facilitate software development as part of the project.

Technical Example 2: Candidates must be able to answer in detail how they have used tools for creating as-is and to-be workflows as part of IT projects and be able to articulate experience in creating as-is/to-be diagrams.

Top Skills & Years of Experience:

• 5-years of Business Analyst experience (Required)
• 5-years of Quality Assurance experience (Required)
• 5-years of Agile tool knowledge (creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle) experience (Required)
• 5-years of as-is/to-be processes and content creation experience (Required)
• 3-years of using BA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio) - (Required)
