Outside Rental Sales Representative to join our growing team in

Key Responsibilities

As an
Outside Rental Sales Representative
, you will:
Develop new rental business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
Sell light equipment and attachments within your assigned territory
Utilize strong communication and listening skills to understand and meet customer needs
Manage quotes, contracts, and customer interactions using CRM tools
Collaborate across departments to meet and exceed growth targets
Qualifications:
3+ years of outside sales or territory sales experience preferred
College degree preferred, but not required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM platforms
Ability to work outdoors and visit customer job sites
Self-driven, highly organized, and goal-oriented
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary plus commission
– estimated range:
$45K to $110K annually
Company vehicle, fuel card, phone, and tablet provided
