90-Day Paid Training Program
During training, you’ll work alongside experienced Heritage team members and receive hands-on instruction in:
Residential roofing sales
Storm damage identification
Roof inspections
Insurance restoration
Customer communication
Project coordination
Managing jobs from inspection through completion
Building referrals and repeat business
Developing the habits and systems of top performers
You won’t be expected to figure the industry out on your own.

This is an active, people-focused role where you’ll spend time in the field helping homeowners after severe weather events.

You’ll

Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
Perform roof inspections and identify potential storm damage
Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
Help guide customers through each stage of their roofing project
Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion
Communicate with homeowners throughout the process
Build relationships within the Oklahoma City community
Generate referrals and repeat business
Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
Ability to work outdoors and perform roof inspections
