The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members across the UK. • Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need. • Start and finish your workday from your driveway, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week. • Undertake optional overtime to boost earnings. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to work calmly under pressure and think on your feet. • A proactive problem-solving attitude.
