What You'll Need • (Technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-recognized technician/business administrator certification. • German language proficiency at B2 level. • Strong sense of diligence, responsibility, and confidentiality. • High levels of empathy, understanding, enjoyment of working with people, and resilience. • Prior experience through a voluntary social year (FSJ), federal voluntary service, or other volunteer work is a plus. What's On Offer • Monthly salary ranging from €305 - €340 gross, depending on the partner company. • Full tuition fees covered, up to €789 monthly. • State-recognized Bachelor's degree with practical content. • High chances of being hired by your partner company after graduation (2 out of 3 graduates are retained).
