Palantir Solution Architect / Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and adoption of Palantir solutions across business and technology teams
Design, implement, and optimize Palantir Ontology capabilities to support scalable business processes, digital workflows, and operational insights
Architect and implement integrations between Databricks and Palantir platforms to enable seamless sharing, governance, and consumption of enterprise data
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to business stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-value use cases and accelerate adoption of Palantir capabilities
Drive solution delivery from concept through implementation using a hands-on, prove-by-doing approach
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder discussions to align Palantir capabilities with business objectives
Guide teams through architecture decisions, data modeling, data governance, and Palantir best practices
Work effectively with distributed and virtual teams across multiple locations and time zones
Mentor internal resources and help establish and expand Palantir capabilities within the organization
Provide thought leadership on Palantir Ontology, enterprise data architecture, and operational use cases
Balance strategic architecture responsibilities with hands-on technical execution throughout the delivery lifecycle
