Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Integration Architect in Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise data integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric
  • Develop reusable ingestion patterns for APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, files, and streaming data sources
  • Lead source-system onboarding, including connectivity assessments, integration planning, and technical design
  • Define standards for data ingestion, orchestration, monitoring, and error handling
  • Design and optimize Data Factory pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, notebooks, and related Fabric components
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand source-system requirements and constraints
  • Establish best practices for data quality, lineage, metadata, auditing, and operational monitoring
  • Partner with security teams to implement secure data movement and access controls
  • Troubleshoot and optimize complex integration processes and platform performance
  • Create and maintain integration documentation, standards, and implementation guidance
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across integration initiatives
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to engineering teams
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise data integration, data engineering, or solution architecture
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, Dataflows, OneLake, and Lakehouse architectures
  • Hands-on experience integrating APIs, databases, SaaS applications, cloud platforms, and file-based systems
  • Experience designing scalable ETL/ELT and data ingestion solutions
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, monitoring, and operational support practices
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Engineer, or related Microsoft certifications
  • Experience with real-time or streaming data integration
  • Knowledge of integration patterns, enterprise application architecture, and cloud-native data platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional project teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
