About the role
Earth Funeral is hiring a part-time Family Support Admin to help get information and mail-in packets to families on time. Nearly every family we serve receives a mailed package, and our volume is growing faster than our current mail team can keep up with.
You'll join our Las Vegas facility team to keep packets moving, especially through the busy holiday season. This is a great first role for someone early in their career who enjoys hands-on, organized work that makes a real difference for families during a hard time.
What you'll do
Assemble, label and mail information packets and welcome packets to families that have made arrangements with Earth Funeral
Handle special mail requests, such as sending materials to hospice facilities
Prepare outgoing mail daily and coordinate carrier pickups or post office drop-offs
Keep packet supplies stocked and the mail area organized
Utilize our proprietary mail fulfillment software
Flag issues (missing addresses, returned mail, low supplies) to the team lead
Pitch in on other fulfillment tasks as volume shifts
Who you are
Detail-oriented: you double-check names and addresses because they matter
Steady under pressure with high volume and comfortable with repetitive tasks
Reliable and on time, able to work on-site in Las Vegas
Caring and discreet; our families are often grieving or sensitive about their end of life decision
Comfortable with basic computer tools (email, Slack, printer)
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
Nice to have
Experience in shipping, fulfillment, retail or warehouse work
Flexibility to add hours as volume is projected to increase steadily
