They are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Installer to join their team, contributing significantly to the success of their TGA department in the greater Frankfurt am Main area.

The Role

• Project and customer support on construction sites in the areas of sanitary, heating, and ventilation.
• Responsibility for montage and subcontractor teams to ensure contract-compliant project execution.
• Creation of contract-compliant billing foundations in the form of measurements.
• Planning and coordination of materials and personnel.
• Direct coordination with planners, architects, and external trades.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a service technician / plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, climate, or ventilation technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with projects in technical building equipment, industrial pipeline construction, or plant engineering.
• Ideally, at least 3 years of professional experience as a Lead Installer or in a comparable position.
• Proficiency in German (at least B2 level).
• Additional qualifications such as welding courses or site management training are advantageous.
