• Must be an expert hands-on Azure Data Architect/Lead augmented with GenAI and Project Management skills.
• Must have skills - Azure Databricks, Databricks Unity Catalog, Hive Metastore, Azure Platform Administration,
• Azure Access Management, Python, PySpark.
• Must have technical tools/features evaluation skills.
• Must be expert developer and troubleshooter of issues in the specified technologies.
• Must have experience in using GenAI and vibe coding tools.
• Experience leading Hive Metastore to UC Migration projects is a major advantage.
• Should be able to manage numerous communication threads in parallel with technical teams, providing best practices consultancy in the specified technologies.
• Must have proper team leadership and management experience.
• Must own both technical and management responsibilities including project planning, prioritization and tracking, risk management, status reporting etc.
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Must have good documentation skills.
• Must have excellent stakeholder management skills, awareness of team organizations and dynamics.
