Job Title: iOS Automation Engineer
Location:  Denver, CO, Nashville, TN (Remote but 3 days in month onsite)
Duration: Full-time/Contract -W2
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior iOS Automation Engineer / Lead with 8+ years of QA and automation testing experience. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing efforts for iOS mobile applications, drive automation initiatives, manage production issues, support business-critical releases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
QA Leadership & Production Support
  • Lead and own QA activities for iOS mobile applications.
  • Manage production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with development and business teams.
  • Support urgent business requests, hotfix validations, and release activities.
  • Participate in release planning, risk assessments, and go/no-go decisions.
Automation & Testing
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable iOS automation frameworks.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Improve automation coverage and optimize test execution through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Perform API testing and backend validation.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices.
  • Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and defect status updates.
  • Drive continuous process improvements within the QA organization.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.
  • Strong experience in iOS mobile application testing and automation.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • XCUITest
    • Appium
    • Selenium
  • Strong programming/scripting experience in Swift, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience handling production issues and business-critical applications.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
