Need Project Manager, Applications & Systems - Remote

• Own and maintain the integrated plan for application and technical workstreams, including COINS ERP, Procore, MobiWork, Fleetio.
• Coordinate activities across application owners, technical teams, business process leads, data teams, testers and external implementation partners.
• Track technical milestones, deliverables, dependencies, approvals and readiness criteria across design, build, SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing, deployment and hypercare.
• Manage risks, issues, actions and decisions, escalating cross-system or critical-path matters through program governance.
• Coordinate requirements, design reviews, environment readiness, data conversion cycles, integration development and technical testing activities.
• Support cutover planning, production-readiness reviews, go/no-go preparation and transition into hypercare.
• Ensure technical workstream status, decisions and risks are accurately reflected in the integrated project plan, RAID log and leadership reporting.

• Strong project management experience delivering complex ERP, enterprise application or systems-integration programs.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple vendors, application teams and business stakeholders within an integrated delivery model.
• Comfortable managing technical dependencies without needing to serve as the solution architect or developer.
• Strong command of integrated planning, RAID management, decision tracking, status reporting and executive escalation.
• Experience with tools such as Smartsheet and Azure DevOps; familiarity with Boomi, Databricks or construction-industry ERP platforms is advantageous.
• Able to translate technical issues into clear business impacts, decisions and recommended actions.
• ERP implementation experience in construction, project-based services, field service, finance or payroll environments is preferred.
