Job Description

ob Title: Senior FullStack Java Developer
Location: Hybrid - onsite 3 days a week in Alpharetta, GA
Duration: 12 Months
End Client : ADP  
  • We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Relational DB, Graph DB and Spring Security. There are front-end responsibilities using React a smaller percentage of the time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade applications from “scratch” with SSO authentication, workflow/approval engines, and strong monitoring/logging capabilities using Splunk.
  • A key requirement is the ability to incorporate AI-assisted development tools within the IDE (such as GitHub Copilot, IntelliJ AI Assistant, or similar) to produce robust, high-quality code and validate implementation using AI-driven techniques.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  •     10+ Years of Java full stack development experience
  •     Good to have Identity and access management business knowledge
  •     Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines).
  •     Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  •     Understanding of security best practices (API security, OWASP, secure code).
  •     Experience with Docker or containerized deployment environments.
 
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development
  •     Design, develop, and enhance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  •     Build, optimize, and secure Java-based APIs hosted on Apache Server.
  •     Work with Relational/Graph DB for schema design, query optimization, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  •     Implement business logic for approval workflows using a workflow engine (e.g., Flowable, Activiti, or custom engine). Frontend Development
  •     Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.
  •     Implement SSO authentication flows (e.g., SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
  •     Integrate UI components with backend REST APIs and workflow services.
  •     Optimize UI performance, accessibility, and user experience. DevOps, Monitoring & Support
  •     Use Splunk for log analysis, monitoring, alerting, and issue diagnosis.
  •     Perform performance tuning for both frontend and backend services.
  •     Collaborate with teams for deployments, configuration, and troubleshooting. AI-Enabled Development
  •     Utilize AI coding assistants (IDE-integrated tools) to:
  •     Generate high-quality code.
  •     Validate logic and detect code issues early.
  •     Improve unit test coverage using AI.
  •     Enhance productivity while adhering to secure coding standards.
  •     Continuously explore new AI development tools and best practices to strengthen code reliability and development workflows
