Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking for a skilled Electromechanical Engineer who is interested in learning, developing and progressing within the industrial cleaning machinery sector.

Attending breakdowns, servicing and installations across a range of industrial cleaning equipment, typically operating within a 1-hour radius of your area<br />Using a range of manual and powered tools, including spanners, screwdrivers, drills and grinders<br />Using lifting equipment such as lifting slings and hoists<br />Using hot-working equipment including blowtorches and heat guns<br />Carrying out electrical, electronic and mechanical fault finding and repairs<br />Working on industrial cleaning equipment and internal combustion engines, including petrol, diesel and LPG engines<br />Managing your time effectively to ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within appropriate timescales<br />Completing job reports and ordering replacement parts where necessary<br />Ensuring all Health &amp; Safety procedures are followed at all times<br />The Requirements The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in electrical and/or mechanical fault finding, repair and servicing<br />A good level of electrical or mechanical knowledge<br />Experience in a similar engineering role, such as:<br />Plant Engineer<br />Maintenance Engineer<br />Hydraulic Engineer<br />Pneumatic Engineer<br />Mechanical Fitter<br />Relevant qualifications such as NVQ or City &amp; Guilds in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering would be advantageous but are not essential<br />Experience using electrical and mechanical tools<br />Previous experience as a mechanical, electrical or field-based engineer<br />Experience working with diesel engines and electrical diagnostic equipment<br />A full UK driving licence<br />Apply Today Interaction Recruitment has specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including:
