Job Description

Full Stack Engineer – React/Python

Location: Salem, NH – Hybrid
Employment Type: W2 Only
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus (70% Frontend / 30% Backend) to support modern application development within a Microsoft-centric technology environment.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js — React required, not Angular
  • Strong backend development experience with Python; .NET is acceptable, but Python is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
    • Power Apps
    • Power BI
    • Power Automate
  • Experience using Generative AI development tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
  • Full-stack development experience with a 70/30 Frontend/Backend focus
