Job Description

Avid Technology Professionals ServiceNow Administrator/Developer 2

  • Annapolis Junction, MD •    Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer. •    Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience. •    Development experience with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages. •    Familiarity with web-based user interfaces (HTML, XML, CSS). •    Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation. •    Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members. •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II. (CCNA – SECURITY; GICSP; GSEC; Security +; SSCP)"    "•    Experience managing a self-hosted ServiceNow instance, including performing required upgrades to core ServiceNow applications. •    Java development experience. •    Experience reviewing processes and implementing efficiencies. •    ServiceNow certifications are a plus (e.g., Administrator, Developer).
