Job Description

• Candidate must have 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, BOM/WIP, with experience on 1–2 full-cycle implementations and hands-on experience on support and integration projects.
• Good experience in P2P and O2C cycles. As a functional consultant, you would be responsible for resolving production support issues, working on product enhancements, and interfacing with the client on day-to-day operational functionality queries.
• You would also be responsible for guiding business users on core product functionalities and helping them complete regular business tasks in the Oracle ERP system.
• You will also be expected to interface with the ERP project team to drive feature enhancements and additional project deliverables. The candidate needs to possess strong functional and technical experience on the key product line, along with excellent communication skills.
• Need to be passionate about customer satisfaction in a product support environment.
• Should be flexible to travel and work in shifts as needed. Familiarity with various tables and AOL objects related to the area is required. Oracle R12 knowledge is mandatory. At least two support project experiences are required, and implementation project experience is an added plus. Strong configuration and design skills are essential.
