The Role • Explore new data sources and create effective queries to gather relevant information. • Combine data from disparate sources to provide comprehensive understanding of mission environments. • Validate information and apply established tradecraft to develop assessments for senior policymakers. • Leverage targeting techniques, methodologies, and databases to inform stakeholders about key issues. • Analyze developments and produce tailored products, including actionable leads and detailed reports. • Mentor and share methodologies with other analysts, contributing to team growth and development. What You'll Need • Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within intelligence community or Combatant Command environments. • Proficiency in conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis. • Experience working with SIGINT and HUMINT, utilizing tools like Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, and BODHI. • Ability to develop high-quality, tailored deliverables, including complex written products and briefings. • Demonstrated ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems. • Active TS/SCI clearance with a willingness to undergo a polygraph examination. • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in all-source analytics, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
