Staff Software Engineer

Everpure, Inc. seeks a Staff Software Engineer to lead design and delivery of a hyperscale build platform and tooling for data and analytics solutions. You'll architect CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and infrastructure-as-code to support large-scale cloud data platforms. Partner with data engineering teams to improve reliability, speed, and security of deployments. Mentor engineers, drive technical standards, and evaluate emerging technologies. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, automated build systems that enable high-velocity, high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own a hyperscale build platform and developer tooling for cloud data and analytics solutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and release automation for multiple product teams.
• Define and implement infrastructure as code and environment provisioning patterns.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and observability for large-scale deployments.
• Collaborate with data engineering and client teams to translate requirements into scalable build solutions.
• Set technical standards, perform design reviews, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers.
• Evaluate and introduce new tools and practices to improve developer productivity and deployment velocity.
• Troubleshoot complex build, deployment, and performance issues across services and environments.
