Data Analyst 4

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst 4 in Redmond, WA.

Duties

• Develop, maintain, and enhance staffing and workforce planning models
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and related Azure services
• Develop analytical solutions and automation using SQL and Python
• Manage and support Azure SQL environments, including database administration, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Support data integrations, ETL processes, and reporting solutions
• Work with tabular data models, including SSAS cubes
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability across planning and reporting platforms
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate workforce planning requirements into analytical solutions

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required
• 5+ years of applicable experience required
• Experience with Azure SQL Database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Experience building and maintaining analytical and forecasting models
• Advanced SQL development and database design expertise
• Familiarity with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes and dimensional modeling
• Understanding of Azure data platform services and cloud-based data architectures
• Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and data engineering tasks
• Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline development and maintenance
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
