Job Description

NOW OPEN | IT DESKSIDE SUPPORT ENGINEER

Looking for an experienced Deskside/Field IT Support Engineer with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills to support a healthcare environment and keep critical operations running without disruption.

Wexford, PA 15090 | Onsite / Field-Based
Contract | 

Key Requirements:
• 4+ years Deskside / Field IT Support
• Windows Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting
• Hardware & Peripheral Support
• Printers, Monitors, Docking Stations & Workstations
• IMAC – Install, Move, Add, Change
• Device Deployment, Refresh & Replacement
• Basic Networking Troubleshooting
• ServiceNow / ITSM experience
• Enterprise or healthcare IT experience preferred
• Ability to travel within ~30-mile assigned radius
• On-call / Extended Support as required
• Ability to safely lift and move IT equipment

Ideal candidate: Hands-on IT professional who can resolve on-site issues quickly, work with clinical/business users, and follow strict healthcare security and safety procedures.
