Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our growing team. We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-based AI platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into scalable AI applications and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop intelligent applications using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI technologies.
• Create and optimize AI-powered chatbots, copilots, recommendation engines, and automation solutions.
• Develop and implement solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, or similar LLM platforms.
• Design and optimize prompts, context management techniques, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models for enterprise use cases.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, model governance, and AI safety compliance.
• Partner with product managers, architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities.
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
• Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to business initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML solutions.
