Description:

Group 2nd Line / Environments Support Engineer

NOTE: The candidate needs to be at the office in Austin, Texas, from time to time to collaborate with the team; The main idea: the candidate will be travelling during the assignment and needs to be mobile

Position Overview:

We are seeking a L2 support/maintenance technician to provide engineering support for hardware deployed in the field.
The ideal candidate will be US-based with strong experience in customer support activities after product release.

Key Requirements:

Fluent spoken English for effective communication with native speakers
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in support and maintenance of electrical devices
Willingness to travel frequently within the US
Ability to read and analyze technical documentation, including electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

Main Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the key engineer located at the client's office in Austin, Texas, to help customers to install, tune and troubleshoot their issues in the field.
Read, interpret, and analyze technical documentation and device manuals.
No engineering activities there, just support and maintenance.
