About the Role

Client is seeking a hands-on Snowflake Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of modern data platforms for enterprise clients. This role suits someone who started as a Data Engineer and grew into a Snowflake Architect, with deep experience in data engineering, data warehousing and cloud-native architectures. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Snowflake, DBT, AWS, Spark and Python, and stays actively involved in architecture, design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Snowflake Architecture

Design and implement scalable Snowflake data platforms

Develop Snowflake architecture standards and best practices

Design secure data-sharing and secure data exchange solutions

Implement Snowpark-based processing frameworks

Use Dynamic Tables, Streams & Tasks for modern ELT architectures

Optimize performance, scalability, governance and cost

Data Engineering & AWS

Architect modern ETL/ELT solutions

Design enterprise data warehousing solutions

Build scalable data ingestion and transformation frameworks

Partner with engineering teams on implementation and optimization

Drive data quality, metadata management and governance initiatives

Design solutions leveraging AWS cloud services

Candidates without certifications can still be considered if they show strong hands-on Snowflake architecture experience
