- Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, leave tracking, personnel records, and other recurring HR activities
- Build and implement a structured performance review process with measurable goals, defined expectations, and consistent practices across departments
- Develop accurate job descriptions and partner with leadership to establish career-development and merit-increase frameworks
- Support recruiting by managing candidate coordination, screening, and interview logistics while partnering with leadership on final selection decisions
- Coach managers and team leads on performance management, employee communication, and people-related decision-making

- Proven ability to build HR processes from the ground up: job descriptions, performance reviews, career frameworks, and documentation standards
- Hands-on experience with payroll, benefits administration, leave management, recruiting, and onboarding
- Approachable, empathetic communication style with the confidence and judgment to address difficult issues directly and professionally
HR Manager | The Perks
- Competitive salary range with a target hiring range of $115,000–$125,000 depending on experience
