.Net/ C# Developer with EDI X12 - Rate is $60/hr - Remote

Must provide 2 Managerial references for this role

Remote role - Must have X12 EDI AWS

• 8+ years software engineering experience with distributed, high-volume transaction-processing systems.
• Healthcare EDI/X12 exp, particularly 270/271 eligibility, Service Type Codes, and payer connectivity.
• Strong C#/.NET backend development, including async programming, performance tuning, resiliency, and automated testing.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging, preferably RabbitMQ or equivalent.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and service integrations.
• Production experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes/EKS.
• Experience optimizing performance, throughput, caching, routing, and transaction efficiency.
• Strong CI/CD, Git, automation, observability, and production troubleshooting skills.
• Applied AI/GenAI knowledge, with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development for requirements, coding, refactoring, test generation, debugging, and documentation.
• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, and agentic/AI workflows, with ability to identify andimplement practical AI-enabled engineering automation.
• Practical security know-how: IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, encryption at rest/in transit, PHI handling, HIPAA-aware design, and secure SDLC.
