DevOps Engineer T3

The role requires a strong software engineering foundation, hands-on troubleshooting across new and legacy
production systems, and the ability to translate requirements into reliable solutions. Experience with Ariba Procurement is
mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain business applications and specialized utility software, including
mainframe and client/server systems.
• Gather and analyze system requirements; prepare clear functional and technical specifications to address client needs.
• Review enhancement requests, refine implementation approaches, and customize or modernize software in line with
evolving requirements and standards.
• Develop programs, detailed test plans, and representative test data; perform unit testing and verify expected
functionality.
• Prepare migration packages and support system testing, user testing, and deployment activities.
• Conduct quality-assurance reviews and post-implementation validation to confirm solution reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in new and legacy production applications; diagnose and resolve defects identified during
testing or deployment.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to improve the quality, maintainability, and performance of software solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant professional software engineering or systems development experience.
• Hands-on Ariba Procurement knowledge and experience (mandatory).
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, software design, and large-scale systems
development.
• Proven experience with in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing of both new and legacy production systems.
• Demonstrated programming skills and ability to diagnose, investigate, and resolve complex software issues.
