AWS Cloud / DevOps Engineer - HYBRID - Must be LOCAL - W2

We are seeking experienced AWS Cloud Engineers for a contract opportunity with a large enterprise client in Plano, TX. The ideal consultant will be hands-on with AWS infrastructure, container services, serverless technologies, networking/security, and cloud automation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on AWS experience
• Amazon EKS
• Amazon ECS / Fargate
• AWS Lambda
• Amazon S3
• Route 53
• Amazon RDS
• AWS security groups and cloud security concepts
• Boto3 API / Python-based AWS automation
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure in an enterprise environment
• MySQL experience is helpful
• Exposure to Azure networking services is a plus

The underlying requirement specifically lists AWS EKS, ECS/Fargate, Lambda, Boto3 API, Route 53 and RDS, along with Azure network services. Internal role notes also identify S3, Lambda, security groups, AWS fundamentals and MySQL as relevant experience.

We’re looking for consultants with a strong AWS Cloud / DevOps engineering background who can work comfortably across containerized environments, serverless services, infrastructure configuration, security, networking, and automation.

Location Requirement

Candidates should be able to work onsite in Plano, Texas three days per week.
