Vice President, Strategic Finance - Job Overview
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM) | Hybrid
Bring your strategic finance leadership and passion for meaningful community impact to Legacy Community Health as our Vice President, Strategic Finance. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy & Financial Officer, you will help guide the financial future of an organization dedicated to strengthening healthcare access and advancing outcomes across the communities we serve.

This is an enterprise-level strategic finance opportunity—not a traditional accounting or controllership position. You will help strengthen Legacy’s financial sustainability, support executive decision-making, and shape the organization’s long-term financial operating model. Through thoughtful analysis, strong relationships, and forward-thinking leadership, you will build frameworks, optimize resources, and partner with senior leaders to help Legacy grow responsibly. Your Opportunity to Make a Difference
Serve as a trusted advisor and collaborative member of the finance leadership team.

Influence enterprise-wide decisions involving capital, risk, growth, partnerships, and financial performance. Help design the future state of the finance organization and develop scalable strategic finance capabilities. Support initiatives that strengthen healthcare access and advance community healthcare outcomes. Evaluate growth opportunities and help align resources with Legacy’s most important strategic priorities. Strengthen financial resilience, sustainability, and long-term stakeholder value. Build financial and risk frameworks that support disciplined enterprise growth.

Partner with leaders throughout the organization to improve financial performance and decision quality. Grow into leadership of additional finance functions, including FP&A and cash management. Help shape a broader strategic finance organization as Legacy continues expanding its community healthcare impact. Why This Role Matters
Your expertise will help connect sophisticated financial strategy with better healthcare outcomes.

By building strong partnerships and creating thoughtful, scalable financial practices, you will help ensure that resources reach the priorities that matter most to patients, teams, and communities. Make a meaningful difference in the healthcare ecosystem through enterprise-level financial leadership. Collaborate with executive and senior leaders in a relationship-centered environment. Contribute to long-term organizational growth, resilience, and community impact. Expand your leadership scope as Legacy develops its strategic finance capabilities.

If you are energized by meaningful work, collaborative leadership, and the opportunity to make your financial expertise matter every day, we invite you to join our family and help shape Legacy’s future.
