Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMastectomy Fitter, Norton Cancer Institute - Resource Center, 8a-4:30pResponsibilitiesWorks collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to assess patient's needs and barriers to care. Based on this assessment, actively works to develop and refer to appropriate external and internal resources. Evaluates and documents interventions provided to address needs and barriers, including follow up and utilization.
QualificationsRequired:One year as a Mastectomy FitterCertified Mastectomy Fitter Must obtain Certified Mastectomy Fitter credential within one year of hire.
