We're Hiring: Real Estate Telecaller - Real Estate Domain

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

We're looking for confident, well-spoken Telecallers to join our real estate team. If you're a good communicator with the drive to convert leads into opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

Who We're Looking For

• Graduates (BA BBA) preferred
• Exceptional candidates with 12th pass qualification will also be considered
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Prior experience in telecalling, real estate, or sales is a plus (not mandatory)
• Confident, target-driven, and comfortable with high call volumes
• Only candidates residing in or near Thane, Mumbai, or Navi Mumbai need apply

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
• Explain property options, pricing, and offers clearly
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team
• Maintain call records and update lead status regularly

Compensation

Salary: 14,000 - 15,000 per month

Incentives: Up to 3,000+/month based on performance

Location: Thane (candidates from Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane only)
